- Information you give us. When you send an enquiry or request a quote we collect your name, company, email address, phone number and whatever you write in the message.
- Technical information. Our host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and the time of the request — for security and troubleshooting.
- Cookies. This site sets only the cookies WordPress needs to function. We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Why we use it
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a quote.
- To supply, deliver and invoice the materials you order.
- To keep the records we are required to keep for tax and accounting.
- To keep the website secure and working.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for anyone else’s marketing. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the business — our web host, our email provider, our delivery drivers and our accountants — and only with what they need to do that job. We also disclose information where the law requires it.

Our contact page embeds a Google map. Loading that map means Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, governed by Google’s privacy policy rather than this one.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for two years. Records tied to an order or an invoice are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require, and then deleted.
Your choices
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to neeta@caymanbuildingsupplies.com and we will respond within 30 days.
